If you have dental insurance, and are a member of our practice, we will gladly fill out your dental insurance claim forms for you at each visit and will assist you in corresponding with your insurance company at no additional fee to you. Your dental insurance claims will be completed and mailed by the very next business day. We will request that your insurance company send reimbursement checks directly to you. Many of our patients report that since they typically receive insurance reimbursement checks within 2-3 weeks, it is convenient for them to put treatment charges on their credit card and that the insurance money is available for their use by the time the monthly credit card statement arrives.

We request that each patient - whether they have insurance or not - pay us directly at time of service via cash, check, credit / debit card, or utilize loan services for which they have previously applied.
